Horrible Employer

Pros

Co-workers are fabulous and the pay is alright.

Cons

The manager's are terrible! If you challenge management in any way they will fire you. They hand down unrealistic expectations to employees, while playing favorites to others. Its ridiculous how this company operates. The bottom line is that they have a revolving door policy. Management does NOT care about anything but you, the employee, keeping your head down and your mouth shut. (I was literally told that by a manager while I was an employee) And I will definitely say that corporate does NOT care. You report this to them and they back up the management staff, even after several complaints about bullying, targeting, retailiation, etc... Oh and management requires people work when the office is on a holiday but you will NEVER see a manager there.

Pros

PTO is decent. The benefit options are nice. Always rewarding with positive feedback , and promotes good employee interaction & relationships.

Cons

*Too high of a claims volume to manage your work. 17 claims in a day, 13, 10, 12. But all you hear is “call right away” or “you didn’t call within a 24 hr period” ITS NOT possible! *Auto answer is horrible. You can’t finish notating a claim before the phone beeps and there is another customer *Commerical and personal auto claims together is a bit overwhelming * Training is terrible *Processes are horribly long *Overworked to keep pending down, don’t do it, it doesn’t matter. They have great rewards programs if they actually stick to it. You can collect Bravos and receive money for turning them in, but that’s only if your manager is truthful about it. Ask for proof of your referral because that seems to be an issue for them to pay you for as well.

Pros

Great benefits. They provide all training. Advancement within the company is within reach. Great bonuses.

Cons

Remote hire does not mean you’ll actually be remote.
