Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Remote work flexibility (when allowed)

Cons

The work is monotonous, draining, and offers no intellectual stimulation. Upper management is disconnected from the reality of the workload and rarely listens to employee feedback. “Process improvements” usually mean more work with fewer resources. Micromanagement is rampant—you're judged more on how fast you click boxes than the quality of your thinking. Career development? Nonexistent. Promotions are rare unless you're part of the inner circle. Toxic metrics-focused culture that values quantity over quality, leading to burnout. Creativity and innovation are not just unwelcome—they’re actively discouraged.

Pros

Flexibility from working at home PTO

Cons

Me and several other nurses used to be proud working for this company few years back when we all first started. Many nurses have left few months into the job but some stayed because of the flexibility of being able to work from home. We have had various changes in the past few years since i started not only that but also diffrent Team leaders have been assigned to us. I understand change is inevitable but you would think it would be for the better of the customers and their own nurses but NOPE. Management and our own Team Leaders have been numbers driven and despite how hard you work and get screamed by customers they won't have your back neither show empathy to you. They act like they care but then go over how poor you have done and not putting enough effort despite the call volumes and OT being offered.Nurses are already burnout. All they care is about the money and business nothing about it shows empathy to their own employees and customers who are paying for insurance. Watch out for favoritism as former Team leader blatantly shows it during team meetings. I personally think everyone should be treated equally as what they always say and talk about diversity and inclusion. That is all a LIE. There is a reason why some people in management have been working here for a long time .They have learned to sweet talk and be a robot towards upper management/big bosses. Overall it has caused stress to our Mental health.I highly would NOT recommend working here and better look for other good job opportunities being offered for nurses and better pay at other companies. PTO: Yes, they do provide good amount of PTO however for days you want to put PTO , you are not granted 100% .you would not get it if one employee is sick then ends up you cannot use your PTO. Unfortunately ,you will be left to take it as unpaid . Bonuses : Not everyone gets bonuses -even though the company has made a lot of money shown in revenue in the past quarter ,Team leaders will tell you in meeting not everyone gets bonuses and blame it on low bonus pool. Nothing is written but everything is only verbally said in meetings to cover up their tactics.

HR needs help

Pros

Met some great people who had the same values and approached HR in the same way.

Cons

The HR leadership is awful. If you aren’t one of the favorites you are ignored and over looked. They promote those who suck up more than those who truly deliver to the business and HR team. If you have an original thought you are shut down. They want things done the way it’s always been. Not welcoming to new ideas.
