There are no pros to brag about

From the top on down nothing but negativity. Told one thing one day exact opposite direction the next. Upper management is only concerned about the bottom line and not the workers that make the bottom line possible. I have never felt more stress than when working here. The "secretary" up front is the center of all gossip in the workplace. Not only that she can't be trusted. Will present your ideas as her own. She spies for he owner hates the CEO (everyone does) and would stab her own mother in the back.

Location and office space is nice That's all I can say is positive people around you not upper management. They have office snoops and people who watch while the higher ups are away.

Cons

Higher ups use you Once they are down with something they throw you out There are always lies and no one owns up to anything
