The IMA group is a great place to work. For medical assistants, no experience necessary. Great place to learn should you want to learn. Over the last two years, new management have made long term employees feel appreciated and valued.

Cons

Clientele can be tough at times. Long hours at times. Management doesn't feel supported at all times. Staff feel underpaid for the work that they do on a daily basis.
