PTO, flexible hours, decent pay

Cons

The pros I listed above are the only good things about this job. If you like working in a trashy environment with a bunch of burnt out employees then this is the place for you. The scheduling operations manager is a complete classless joke and the place is run on zero ethics. Working here is like repeating the tenth grade all over again. The training is also a joke, you're basically set up for failure. Mentally the paycheck is NOT worth it.

There are none for this company.

Cons

Management is terrible. They treat employees as disposable trash. Threats, bullying, and intimidation are tactcs used by supervisors. They do not follow their own employee manual. Supervisors lie to cover their mistakes. It's like a revolving door. People quit daily because they are treated so poorly. They do not appreciate hard workers.

Pros

Decent place to work for first IT job. IT supervisors we cool and taking time off was never a problem. Had to be reimbursed for somethings, but was always paid quickly.

Cons

No PTO rollover. Company concentrates on saving money rather than making life of technician easier. No room for advancement.
