Pros

The Veterans I met for Disability Exams shared some amazing personal experiences about their lives while active duty service members.

Cons

Unrealistic job expectations for any health care provider. Job description applied for completely different from real job which included several different roles/responsibilities way beyond 40 hour work week. QTC EMR totally useless tool for clinicians to locate supporting evidence for Veteran’s claims. Not fair to the Veterans.

Pros

None other than potlucks sometimes.

Cons

Awful management, less than stellar co workers, you definitely know you are in some kind of social services setting.
