7yA structured training is provided to all staff. The first day of starting at IMA begins with Orientation and is followed by training specific to the service provided. From medical assistants, schedulers to physician and psychologist, IMA has developed training manuals and programs for new employees.

8yThere have been many recent promotions from within the Accounting department. Hopefully you are checking for those opportunities and applying for them. Most can be found on our intranet site, office bill boards and from HR.
