Thank you for providing us with feedback about your work experience at GFX. GFX is committed to a collaborative and supportive workplace that recognizes, appreciates and values all of our differences. With that being said, we are disappointed to hear that the experience from your perspective is not in alignment with our goal of being the great employer of choice that we strive to be. • As GFX continues to grow we are continuously looking for ways to enhance the employee experience in each operational unit of our company. The Client Communications Department is a high-volume customer service department with the incredibly important task of servicing all of our client accounts. Due to the fast-paced environment at GFX our Leadership Team is always looking for ways to enhance our training programs, distribute the workload fairly amongst all team members, and give employees the tools to not only facilitate their success, but allow them to work smarter, not harder. We pride ourselves in having an excellent group of individuals servicing our client accounts and it is never our intention for employees to feel overworked or underappreciated.
• GFX does not condone retaliation or unfair treatment of employees based on any protected characteristic such as race, gender, age, physical/mental abilities, sexual orientation, education, religion or cultural backgrounds. To that end, it is strictly against our policy and company values to allow managers to discipline or favor one employee over another based on gender or to retaliate against an employee who speaks up with concerns. Our employees are our most valuable asset and we take great pride in being a fair and honest employer who makes disciplinary or employment based decisions solely on facts and not on an individual’s gender or any other protected characteristic.
