      Some Nice and interesting people

      Cons

      Employees are not valued and not treated equally. If management likes you then you are fine but if not, watch your back. Poor leadership. Toxic environment to work in, outsiders to the company those not related, married to or recommended by an insider are treated poorly no matter how much you bring to the table. Too heavy on middle management. Not clear on what their role is. Compensation is all over the place and not equally distributed.

      Great Salary. On site cafeteria. Good location.

      Cons

      Long hours. Production and some office staff personal can be verbally abusive and take out their frustration on you. They don't realize you are the messenger for the customer requests. Management ask for feedback but they don't want your suggestions.

      Pros

      Great people who work at the company. On site cafeteria makes hot lunch available daily. Can move up from the bottom but it's very difficult.

      Cons

      Management is very lacking in several areas, friends of higher ups are handed promotions they are unqualified for. Low paying compared to state averages for several positions.
