Benefits leave much to be desired. Insurance is expensive and does not cover as much as it should.

The people who worked the production floor, and the project managers, were wonderful to work with.

Cons

It is a very top heavy company. People who are managers, may not be a good fit for the job, yet they hold it. There is also a complete lack of appreciation for the people who do the job, and get things out the door, the "little people"
