Pros

Great company - solid future

Cons

New additions to Senior Team have brought a lot of non productive politics to the business. An environment that use to be caring and thoughtful now is a place where you need to watch your back. New President is rude and dismissive. Not interested in team but self promotion. Not a great place to work anymore.

Pros

They have unique machinery capabilities

Cons

They are a churn and burn company as any other PE owned company. How are you supposed to sell when you can't even get the current customer orders out the door? If you are not one of the big players or retail your customers will be pushed aside and production is uncommunicative when orders do change. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Pros

Not a whole lot of pros that make it stand out. The benefits are very average. Some of the things we would make are pretty cool. They do a good job with giveaway and prizes for random spirit days.

Cons

There’s zero training. Pay is below average. High demand because of a lot of big name clients. No room for career advancements. Overall you really don’t get back what they require you to put in.
