      Team oriented environment: I enjoy working with our each member of our team, with cross functional departments, you get to know everyone like family. Leadership Growth and Training: Focus has shifted, and were investing in our team by providing leadership one on one training, and implementation amongst all team members. Focus is growing our staff, and giving them the tools to succeed. Challenging , self-rewarding: A fast paced industry with changes occurring constantly, it helps us to quickly adapt, challenge and to find better ways to do our day to day. Culture: It is a bit of a stressful job, but at the end of the day, we are all working for a common goal not only for our clients but as individuals. We want everyone to feel engage, proud, and supported. We thrive in putting our staff first, and having an fun work environment. Work Life Balance: Ability to work from home, time and energy is important to us all, and I feel that we do a great job in supporting that amongst different levels of our team.

      Cons

      Stress: It is a fast paced role, it can be very stressful at times, so it's not hard to get overwhelmed, and or bombarded by client asks, as our industry revolves around our clients need in the market. Definitively will need an outlet to help manage some stress that comes along with the job. Training: Our system's are homegrown so it's hard to train an employee of the street with a manual, as it doesn't exist fully. It's all by hands on training, and being able to follow standard operating procedures that may apply to the 80 % of your job.
