Pros
I started at Imagine 14 years ago and over the years have had the opportunity to move within the organization 6 times. From an operator to a working Lead to a Lead to a Supervisor over one area and then a supervisor over a larger area and then to a manager. I have enjoyed all the years I have been with Imagine and continue to look forward to our growth and to what opportunities will come from the future. Imagine does allot for their employees, training, golf outings, bowling outings, baseball games etc...
Cons
We have changed hands a couple of times, and this can be a struggle at times when new management is brought in.
