Pros

Your salary gets close to making up for the lack of benefits.

Cons

Crap rolls down hill all the stress is easily passed down, with no protection from management. The environment has nothing to do with the employees only what can be done at the lowest dollar. The holding company was promised a certain amount of revenue and when we aren't close to that number all things that involve money come to a stop, even if that means you need to order pens so you can write notes. Overall the company has very big cultural issues that need to be updated to a more corporate setting.

Pros

Good atmosphere. Co-workers are very positive and cooperative. On-site cafeteria is very convenient. Building is beautiful on the outside. Convenient parking.

Cons

Very poor salary and benefits. Poor management. Poor planning of work loads. Staffing is at minimum levels, but then pay overtime to get jobs done. This happens so frequently that it really shows they have no idea what is in the pipeline. Managers are old school with feedback to employees. My advice- stay away from this company, unless you are desperate for a job.

Pros

Some people are great but make sure you do not give too much out.

Cons

Leadership is difficult to deal with at times. They like long hours and do not pay for it. They expect you to be on call 24/7. If you have a bad attitude or someone higher up does not like you. You're fired.
