No strategy, no leadership, at least they pay well

Pros

- Fair pay - Some really great team leaders and managers - Exceptional capabilities and production teams that do really great work for clients

Cons

- Zero strategic direction. Everybody is doing their own thing hoping it will work. Corporate and sales strategies are announced but that's it--no responsibility, accountability, or resources to actually execute them. - Without a strategy, leadership is constantly shifting priorities and chasing shiny objects while previous "priorities" are left incomplete. - There's a lot of talk about integration between locations but everyone functions in silos. - Incredibly poor communication from executives. After a big shake up almost 2 months ago, we've heard from senior leadership exactly once. - Critical roles are left unfilled, responsibilities spread among employees without the skills, support, or bandwidth to cover them.

Pros

- Helpful team members willing to assist others - Decent benefits - New spotlight on DEI

Cons

- Pay equity across similar roles, and compared to industry needs review - Lack of paths to leadership or upward movement - Lack of cross training - Siloed units, limit of vision and path to achieve - Fast paced environment and archaic ERP system limits ability to see beyond day to day - Slow to change, not a nimble environment I’m general - High stress, limited life/work balance

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about your experience working at Imagine. While we are happy to hear you recognize some of the positive changes being made, the concerns you share do not meet the values we strive to meet at Imagine. We are rolling out a new ERP system as we speak, and working through other positive improvement steps that touch many of the areas listed. We would like to hear more from you, I encourage you to discuss these issues with your manager or the HR Manager at your location so we can grow together for the long term.

Pros

My coworkers were friendly and I was able to get more insight into cultural differences.

Cons

Work was sporadic and stressful. The temps were not vetted at all or given much instruction on how to do the most basic of tasks. Anyone promoted to a Line Lead let the power go to their head and would act all high and mighty. There were many times where the finished kits weighted between 30lbs and 50lbs, but no safety equipment was provided to help prevent strain from lifting these heavy kits repeatedly. Unfortunately, there were some workers that were hired because they knew someone in the company. A few of these individuals had used this chance to set up shop and sell illegal substances on the premises without anyone knowing.
