Pros

Nice facilities mask a dysfunctional organization run by friends of the family. If you're able to "click" with the existing management team you might have an opportunity here. Nepotism is on full display. Products manufactured by the company are interesting and unique, providing some visual enjoyment in the work place. Work on production floor appears to be thriving and busy while the office atmosphere is siloed and racked with turnover. If you want to drive a print press this is the place for you. If, on the other hand, you work in administrative functional areas, know that you can do better.

Cons

- Cult of personality surrounding founder - Turnover under new PE group - or shadow management team? - Immature processes driven by feckless leadership - Lack of direction

Pros

Nice cafeteria and lunch options

Cons

buddy buddy system at it's finest. the core group who have been with the company going back to the time Imagine was called Challenge Printing are totally secure in their jobs and make a great wage. New hires in departments like warehouse, kiting, fulfillment however are making wages well below the industry standard. You get a low starting wage. Pay raise is mostly based on if some big shot upstairs likes you or not, your performance has little bearing. The managers you work with have no real control over pay issues. The term untouchable is very accurate to describe the old Challenge people. While new hires come and go the Challenge old timers keep raking it in. EQUAL PAY FOR EQUAL WORK DOES NOT HAPPEN AT IMAGINE.
