Worst place to work

Pros

If you are a bad worker and don't do well working with a team you will do really well. Complaining is rewarded over those who actually work hard

Cons

Management does not care. Senior supervisors get away with bad behavior because there are no replacements. High turnover, injuries and overtime.

Pros

Benefits.. that’s about it now.

Cons

Management and upper management is out of touch with reality. The care for the fellow employees is non-existent now. All they care about is time, making up time, don’t be late, you are rewarded for being a hard working employee by given more work, work load is not even throughout the rooms, and you get a “meets expectations” for hard work and the person who does minimal gets the same. Accountability seems to be a word that’s not allowed to be said or heard throughout the lab. They do not care what you are battling outside of work as a person like they used to, or have any compassion for that with the new CEO. If you want a fast paced environment, it works for you, but there is no repercussion for those that don’t want to do the basics of their job.
