-Good work life balance here -Very friendly colleagues - Small company means a flatter structure

Cons

- Not a growing company , so promotions are quite infrequent beyond a certain level - location is downtown but not close to the subway (10 minute walk) which may be a problem based on where you live - pay is below market average

Pros

Pleasant work environment. Diverse group of developers of various ages, experience levels, and personality types, including quite a few women. Casual work environment with (fairly) flexible hours, but still working on projects for major clients. Option to work on a salary or as a contractor. Beautiful office in a great location.

Cons

Developer salary seems a bit on the low side, though it's hard to know... Social events tend to attract a small group of the same people, while less outgoing employees can easily disappear.
