Time off, flexible hours, creativity freedom, relaxed dress code. Location can be a plus or negative depending on where you live.

Cons

Inexperienced management, missing typical office items -no office supplies? You ask questions and get no answers. No.chance at furthering your career or progressing, as it is a very flat company.

Watch out for particular projects. Products under constant "pivot" with no roadmap, client product managers with no idea of how to put their product together.
