Pros

Flexible Schedule, you have the ability to work around other people's schedules to work the days and hours that you would like to work.

Cons

The pay is very low for the work level that you are expected to perform.

Pros

Kids are easy to love, close location, we can do a lot of things, technically speaking.

Cons

Management isn't very receptive to your concerns regarding redirection. I need real-time redirection in order to understand what needs to happen and that doesn't occur. It's extremely frustrating to be pulled into meetings that only give you negatives and are vague with what you can actually improve. For a "strengths-based approach," it doesn't make you feel like you have none.
