the management is weak and afraid of confrotation, there is favoritizam, the management allows the employees to be lazy and they make the hard working employee do most of the work while the lazy employees sit in the managers office chating it up until most of the work is done. they allow the employees to treat other employees bad and when the the hard employees complain they get fired for one reason or the other. the pay is good but not worth all the problems with the management and the employees this place is the reason I went back to school to better my self so I can be better for my employees then these managers. you can not even get on day shift if the woman manager does not like you and second shift has employees who run the place and third shift has a weak manager that runs from conflict and most of the employees on second and third shift are lazy and gets away with it. shame because this company could be a great company if they got rid of what they have starting from the very top all the way down and started over the right way with a manager who believes in the companys culture and provided quality management.
