Not a great place.

Pros

There aren't many pros to this job other than guaranteed work hours and a pay check.

Cons

Working at this school impacted my mental health so negatively. The expectations were outrageous. It was a very toxic work environment. You are not allowed to have any outside responsibilities, and there is no work life balance. Your life is work. Even when you call out sick you are made to feel guilty and like you are in trouble. The classrooms are often out of ratio and you are asked to "cover up" injuries to parents at pick up time. Many licensing visits because of complaints from parents. I left this job before I even hit my 1 year mark.

Pros

The kids and the support from the other teachers.

Cons

The “Directors” will gossip about you to other teachers,ABOUT other teachers. No matter how much you ask for better communication it will be ignored. Classes are out of ratio with no concern for teachers mental health or safety to the kids.
