Franchise owners are forced to spend exorbitant amounts of money on customized curriculum, room decor, and TLE branded interest centers, technology, and marketing supplies, leaving little overhead for staff compensation and incentive contributing to high turnover, low quality staff, and long hours for center leadership who must step into classrooms to compensate for understaffed classrooms.

Beware of this place!!! A lot of drama and even worse, bullying. If even one teacher doesn't like you, they will treat you like your incompetent and belittle you. They put twenty plus children to one teacher ranging in ages of 3yrs to 5yrs. The lead teachers are never in the classroom unless it's convenient for them. When corporate comes in they will fake it until they make it and then go back to the same crap when they leave. It's invested with bugs. The lesson plan coordinator does not know how to talk to their employees with any kind of respect at all. She talks at you instead of to you. Stay away from this place. You'll never be given the chance to advance up either. I would work at Mc Donald's before going back to this plane. If I could of give them a negative ten.
