MIL Corp offers a stable work environment with ample opportunity for growth. They also make it a point to have regular employee engagement functions and celebrations that make it feel like a family.

Cons

Over involved management team. The owner's wife and senior level management are much to involved in the day to day activities. To the extent that many employee are reluctant to share their views for fear of losing their jobs.
