Pros

The work was interesting and not stressful. You can't take your work home with you or work more than 40 hrs/week.

Cons

No insight in to how to get promotions or what other opportunities exist. Felt more like working for the Dept of State than for MIL. Poor performers are not dealt with.

Very flexible working environment and for the most part, great people. Interesting work and they offer a great service to the Department of State.

Cons

No accountability for team members who are not pulling their weight. Brought to management attention and no action taken on their part. Pay is low for the work performed, and the certifications required for the job are irrelevant once you start working.
