Good environment to learn for anyone who chooses to be focused and diligent about putting forth the effort to professionally learn the ropes on their project/project site. MIL is very versatile in terms of the project work that they do, which provides a fair amount of opportunity when compared to most in the government contracting industry. The amount of training that is offered is second to none. MIL's track record for rewarding those who put forth the effort is decent..

Management needs to work towards becoming more refined and proactive.

Flexible work hours and good people to work with. Being in heart of Rosslyn is nice too.

Cons

Management is totally out of touch with what's going on. They reward brown-nosers, who contribute nothing and create bad team environment.

MIL is family oriented and really cares for its employees. MIL offered free training classes online through skillport and also offered to pay for certifications with certain agreement.

Cons

MIL has several contracts with the federal, but unfortunately there is not much room for growth.
