Good benefits
Decent pay to support yourself & family.
Flexible schedule, and unlimited hours if your willing to be a slave..
Cons
Favoritism
Gossip
Lack of Corporate accountability and oversight over their own direct workload, passing blame down the ladder to management actually working in stores along with stylists.
Also habitual payroll errors
Great training, patient, kind, skilled and smart. Amazing management. Owners / upper management seem to really genuinely care. They bought me sheers better than my school pair, co workers lend tools to help you out its fantastic
Cons
Petty drama but I don’t pay much attention to that so it’s not a con for me
Hard working people, extensive and thorough training. Scheduling is based on seniority which is nice once you've put in your time. The owners and management seem to really care about their employees and I appreciate that a lot.
Cons
Business or foot traffic at each location varies quite a bit so it can be hard to earn commission.
