Constant chatter in the specific area where I worked in. Specifically in the accounts receivables and payables department. When I worked with the accounts receivables and payables departments, they have staff constantly chatter and talk about anything but they have a lack of focus on the task at hand. I had to use my headphones with permission from my supervisor, Theresa Rogers and Melanie Gilbert, and I appreciated their approval, but I hoped I would’ve used some focus at work without headphones.

Not much room for advancement, training provided (1 person, over 3 days, no in depth training on policy & processes) was minimal in Comparison to those who started the same role after I began (40 hours of dedicated training with several members of staff, with a reference manual provided and training materials to refer back to. Also, travel was required for the job, however you were expected to pay for it yourself and was reimbursed by the company after the fact. No company credit card provided to you for travel so if you don’t have a credit card, you are using your bank account and waiting 6-8 weeks (or longer) after your trip to get reimbursed.
