Good friendly team and a lot of work events.

Cons

The company is very clearly in the market to be sold. Management behaviour and comments are so crazy. Sales people being threatened in front of vendors. Compensation plans changing every year and contracts being changed. They have a massively bloated mid management team and it seemed senior management were much more focused on selling the business than running it.
