Pros

Great culture, most of the staff have been here for a long time, good relationship with management and there have been some positive change within the business. Away from the city; quiet area but still close to the city. Relaxed work environment and there is a sense of support inside the office.

Cons

room for improvement but the improvement are happening with new leadership at senior level. Lots of positive inputs, movement and realignment happening from the support of the CEO

Pros

Flexible working arrangements and a fair amount of autonomy. Food for breakfasts is provided as well as drinks and fruit for all staff. The company enjoys a good reputation in the industry and being a mid-size IT partner there is not onerous processes that get in the way of getting the job done! The management team is highly focused on keeping up with change in working culture and technology (good remote access, video conferencing, business social media etc.).

Cons

As others have suggested, parking is not amazing but no worse than most companies across most of Sydney (especially CBD). Artarmon/St Leonards stations are not super-close (14 mins and 19 mins walk respectively). People who do not embrace the culture and work ethic tend not to like it.

- management are family orientated and extremely flexible, providing positive work/home life balance - Coaching and mentoring from leaders is a key contributor to employee retention - awesome team to work with, supportive and helpful of each other - career progression opportunities - great team building activities, quarterly staff events (bowling nights are awesome!) - highly skilled staff - great female to male ratio for a technology company - location is convenient, many child care centers nearby, transport options are good - monthly BBQ's, casual dress days, Friday evening drinks - company is very charitable and allows staff charities of choice

Cons

- parking can be a nuisance if driving - lunch options are limited if walking
