Pros

This place gave me opportunities like no other. I was given projects I was under-qualified for, and allowed to prove myself. I learned more and faster here than anywhere else I've ever worked. As a result I've since been able to secure employment elsewhere with great conditions and pay.

Cons

The sink-or-swim culture isn't for everyone, and burnout is a real issue. Respect for employees' personal boundaries and mental health is poor. Churn was very high while I was there, but I've heard it's calmed down a bit.

Hi, thank you for your review. The mental health of our staff is of top priority – we have since introduced a confidential EAP for all staff as well as mental health workshops. This year, we established a HR department, who are actively working on improving the resources available through regular reviews and staff feedback.
