Super scary

Pros

They give employees some semi decent flexibility.

Cons

Where to begin? It's been so scary lately to be an employee at this company. Middle managers are using mind-bogglingly weird and aggressive methods to keep everyone silent. But there are so many problems that need to be talked about.

Pros

The benefits and flexibility are great. Most of the co-workers are the nicest people you've ever met.

Cons

Micromanaging leadership needs to be involved in every single decision down to the color of a button on a webpage. And the decision-making is schizophrenic based on personal whims and who is in charge that particular day (which changes frequently). There is a complete lack of trust in "rank and file" employees along with no accountability for senior leadership for under performing. There is also a disturbing pattern of promoting unqualified and inexperienced people to leadership positions.

New Leadership Needed

Pros

Benefits are generous and affordable.

Cons

There is no coherent or cohesive corporate strategy. Decision making is chaotic and demoralizing. The company doesn't know how to compensate their money management and fund managers appropriately or based on standard industry practices.
