Pros

There is always room for advancement at The Mx Group. Since I have been here the company has grown and there has been a lot of opportunity to create your own path. Management is very supportive and wants to see you succeed. Flexible schedule, collaborative environment, fun co-workers, beautiful building.

Cons

I can't think of any at this point. Work hard and you will be rewarded.

Great people to work with. Very smart and engaged co-workers. Nice office. Very interesting projects. Named Best Place To Work.

Cons

Sometimes workload exceeds the available workforce, but they recognize that and try to resolve those issues quickly.

I love working at The Mx Group! I've been here for almost a year and I have felt very welcomed from day one. I'm constantly learning new things and work with a team of collaborative professionals who all truly love what they do. It's clear that everyone here shares the same goal - providing our clients with top notch service and solutions. There's not a lot of bureaucracy or red tape here, management is pretty transparent. We have fun activities and contests that go on throughout the year. Management does an excellent job of rewarding us for our hard work. The benefits are great, we have a flexible schedule here so work-life balance is great too. It's all around a great place to be and I'm very grateful for the opportunity I have here.

Cons

Every place has it's pros and cons but I honestly don't feel that there are enough cons to really complain about anything.
