I had the worst contracting experience I've ever had at MX Group. No one spoke to me, no one would joke back when I'd try and make jokes. I was spoken to in a harsh tone for not responding in a scrum meeting with the proper form and verbiage you're supposed to use in a scrum- on my second day there. Most bug fixes were allocated 15 minutes or 30 minutes to fix and in that time you need to figure out where the problem is occuring, fix it in the way that a person who's been there for 9 years would fix it (in other words determine from the context of the program that was developed over years with tons of different styles and methods - what the 'right' way to have fixed it from that person's point of view would have been.) I couldn't wait to leave that place and would never go back

Communication between departments isn't perfect. Lots of change and growth means that some balls get dropped behind the scenes. This can be frustrating, but all part of the fast-paced nature of the company.
