Pros

Very stable company. They really know what they're doing when it comes to managing and budgeting. They also put in a lot of efforts to constantly improve quality of life for employees.

Cons

There's a lot of social cliques within the company and most people are married with children. If you're not a very family-oriented person, you may or may not feel comfortable working there. Depending on your role, advancement may be slow.
