Pros
Smart people to work with, and you will participate on a variety of projects
Cons
Many leaders of the technology delivery part of the agency were extremely unpleasant to work with, providing constant criticism, micromanagement and put downs. These guys act like they're flawless, but don't understand why people leave so often, or why they are constantly trying to recruit people to come work for MX. It's also a very uncomfortable place to work, with unrealistic deadlines and learning curves, with many nights and weekends needed to meet them. HR is aware of the complaints and has done nothing to address the problems related to tech (high turnover, unprofessional issues with tech management). In my opinion, I think HR is intimidated as there has been no change in upper management. Also, you may want to be skeptical of the "Best Places To Work" surveys they post, and the positive Glassdoor reviews that all seem to be titled "Great Place to Work!" Additionally, there is very little diversity at MX.
