Not The Best Place to Work

Good location for suburbanites, and comfy desk chairs.

Cons

Worked at MX on the technology side of the house, and it was one of the least pleasant places I had at my career. A lot of criticisms, frequent chit-chattering behind your back by mid-managers, unreal expectations on how long projects should be delivered and leadership that was extremely arrogant and hostile at worst, or uncaring at best. Employees seemed to be thought of as liabilities rather than assets, IMHO.

The people and company culture are amazing. The workload can be a little intense sometimes, but Mx takes the extra step to ensure an awesome work environment filled with amazing people. I felt a great deal of support, not just in day-to-day activities but career growth as well, especially from my managers. I never felt dumb asking questions. There was always someone willing to help. I felt like I was truly part of a team.

Cons

A typical workday is very meeting-heavy making focus time difficult to come by.

micromanagement, they install spyware eon the employee's pcs and if you move away form your pc for 5 minutes to make a coffee or something they start to call you and ask you where are you.
