Pros

You work with some very smart people, and the projects you are working on are interesting. Good benefits package, and pay is on the better side.

Cons

Very high turnover, hostile and childish middle management who were not afraid to make you feel like an idiot, long hours (including nights and weekends).

Pros

Good people on the team, Interesting projects and work, and room to grow professionally. B2B marketing is an interesting field in many ways, and through my employment here, I've found a passion for it that, looking back, I wasn't sure I knew I had.

Cons

The company is undergoing a multi-year transition from original to new leadership, and that transition is proving less smooth than we'd all hoped. We've made many of the same mistakes that other companies have made in the last few years: overhiring, underdeveloping, and struggling to develop a vision and ways of working for what we want to be. After a couple of bumpy years, I believe we're moving in the right direction, but time will tell.
