Pros

Great people to work with and plenty of opportunity for collaboration. Pay is on the lower end, but the work life balance helps to make up for it somewhat. Their onboarding process is good for getting people in and contributing quickly. There is room for upward mobility (if you are patient), as well as a casual/fun atmosphere.

Cons

Can be meeting-heavy at times. (Scheduling a 30+ minute meeting with conflicting schedules during a busy workday for something that could have been communicated in a short meeting)

Pros

The people are smart, trustworthy and great to work with. Leadership actively asks for and acts upon employee feedback. Work life balance is REAL here, and they treat people well. The President's open door policy is genuine and he is very approachable and willing to help with any issue. We have interesting clients and a really wide range of services and SMEs in house.

Cons

The agency is going through some growing pains so processes and departments are adapting, which is always a little tricky.
