1. Very high, demanding expectations 2. Difficult, dry, technical clientele 3. Focus heavily on company growth NOT retention of employees 4. High turnover rate in Client Services Dept 5. Too much structure/organization 6. Not enough autonomy/ entrepreneur mindsets 7. Very hard to move up the corp ladder 8. Super definitive role 9. Very meeting heavy, not a lot of in-person humane touches

Cons

The amount of work flip flops between lulls and crunches frequently. Senior Leadership Team cares more about the optics of the company than supporting employees.
