Leadership genuinely cares and walks alongside you, providing excellent coaching and support. It’s a rare place where you can grow professionally without sacrificing balance in life.

Cons

I can’t think of any cons-if you’re a franchise owner you know and expect any potential challenges of owning your own business.

A Quality Company with Growth Potential

Pros

This is a company that holds true to it's stated values. I've worked for other companies that put the "company values" out there front and center but behind the scenes employees aren't compensated fairly and actual buisness practices don't line up with the stated values. 10+ year association with The N2 Company has shown me that they do live up to their states values regularly. This is a growing company with limitless potential.

Cons

Once you reach a certain level in the corporate structure there are limits to how/where you can move inside the company. Franchisees are only limited by how much effort they are willing to put into their franchise
