I enjoyed the pay that’s it

Cons

Not enough time in between clients, clients come to take pictures, they don’t really care about the therapeutic side of things. The company is more about aesthetic than wellness, so you don’t need much skill, just be attractive :)

Some of the co-workers, some of the clients.

Cons

Unorganized Management. Clickish leadership team. A lot of the clients complain to get comps. Way too many deep tissue 80 minute treatments. You’re standing on concrete ground your entire shift. Nothing is within reach. Everything you need is either on the ground or under the table, putting CONSTANT strain on your back. Rugs and ground are ALWAYS DIRTY. Wall Decor is dusty. Roaches. Micro management from a leadership team that’s never stepped a foot into a massage school or studied massage, but think they know more than licensed massage therapists who have credentials. Management is gossipy and messy. HR always takes the side of management, even if they’re wrong. HR is completely useless.

Pros

They hired a great team, I loved my coworkers.

Cons

The environment was unsanitary and the compensation was bottom of the barrel by industry standards. This is a decent place to get your first few months out of school under your belt, but they will encourage you to work through injuries and I was able to find multiple jobs paying double as soon as I finally left. There was also zero interest in employee feedback about services or operations.
