Pros

The Company as a whole seems very promising. Each Now is independently operated and owned.

Cons

My experience was not very promising as the emotional level of management was that of a child. Maybe if they had experience in the position, things would have gone a lot more positive. Did not last very long here and I am grateful I left.

Manager is very compassionate, great coworkers

Cons

No benefits for full time or part time employees. Many employees were told we'd receive such benefits, 10 months later no benefits provided. We have to pay to receive massages. I'm struggling to pay my bills and have been working my butt off, I will probably not be able to afford any time off. People were under false pretenses told they'd receive maternity leave to only receive a quarter of that. No back pay wages to some employees, others were told they'd have their wages taken out of their checks if a client complained. The owners belittle employees to other employees and gossip. The owner acts and talks like a politician, he has a god complex and will never be wrong. Be prepared to listen to him talk for 40 minutes if discussing anything with him alone.
