Overworked and Pay Unwavering

Flexible schedule and smells nice.

Cons

Unfortunately we are given minimum wages while prices increase for guests. They overwork the front desk without any support by management. Heavy turn arounds due to lack of compensation and the small boutique traditional values it once idealized have diminished rapidly as they expand towards a larger franchised market; leaving employees feeling expendable, unsupported, and unheard.

Pros

These franchises are a crap shoot to work for. Depends on who your employer is but many of the benefits they sell you on you just wont see.

Cons

Very much one of those 'drink the Kool-Aid' businesses. Pay structure isn't great, incentive schemes are just that, and ultimately just a company run by people looking out for their profits. Some pretty terrible stuff overheard at corporate HQ during my time there. Leadership is not their strong suite and respect is far behind that. Glad I got out when I did but it was a tough place to recover from. Just save yourself the time and emotional drain and find another company before accepting any offer from this one.
