Pros

Good benefits offered, 35 hour work week, nice coworkers

Cons

35 hour work week so less take-home pay than if 40 hours, and my particular job regularly worked over these hours (I received overtime but still, long days in the field). Doesn't match 401k contributions until after the first year

We love to share that our plan includes up to 8% dollar for dollar matching per pay period after 1 year of service, posted to your account each pay period, and the match vests after 3 years of service with TNC.
