      Wonderful Place to Work!

      Pros

      -Work/Life balance (management has been super flexible with working hours and format, especially with COVID) -Culture of positive feedback and reinforcement -Meaningful work -Competitive pay

      Cons

      Really not any negatives to report. We have had some turnover, but I think it is more of a reflection of the job market as opposed to job satisfaction.

      TNC is a place with purpose and good benefits

      Pros

      TNC has great ability to retain people and offer career progression in the organisation. TNC has a great employee offer. You will work with experts in their fields and on-the-ground projects that make a difference.

      Cons

      The organisation is large and has grown organically over time - it can be a challenge to know who's who!

      Pros

      Constant learning in the environment - which then translates into high work load, friendly staff and plenty of room for growth.

      Cons

      Salary doesn't match cumulative number of years of work experience from other fields which may not necessarily be for the role recruited for but however beneficial to the position and organization. In simple terms - underpaid.
