Pros

Constant learning in the environment - which then translates into high work load, friendly staff and plenty of room for growth.

Cons

Salary doesn't match cumulative number of years of work experience from other fields which may not necessarily be for the role recruited for but however beneficial to the position and organization. In simple terms - underpaid.

Pros

TNC is a people and nature focussed organisation with its own employees as people being given foremost attention. The implicit rule to care and to support one another across regions is amazing.

Cons

Meeting high expectations and matching regions that are more resourceful are both challenging and work intensive.
