Pros

People very passionate about taking care of the environment. A group of very smart team members who are technically astute in their assigned areas.

Cons

Many of the teams think very small and tend to be very task-oriented and work in silos. Many long-timers have no motivation to change and grow. Operate in cliques that are difficult to penetrate.

Pros

Great work/life balance. Inspiring mission. Overall it is a very low-stress environment in the office.

Cons

Things move very slowly. Very internal. Communications between offices/chapters could use some work. The organization struggles to keep up with the present times because it is primarily funded by donors in their 60s and 70s.
