To Toxic. The leadership is screwing everything. If you are not in those bunch of few favorites only God can save you.

Lovely colleagues and strong opportunities to do meaningful work we believe in. Good benefits and fair pay for a nonprofit.

Cons

Leadership opportunities are limited, and promotions are not typically attainable through strong performance alone. In practice, advancement usually depends on a new role opening up—and even then, senior positions are often filled by external candidates.
