      Pros

      TNC has the best culture of any organization I have worked for. The work is inspiring and interesting, and it is a joy to work with other TNC employees. My supervisor is very supportive. I feel that I am compensated fairly, the benefits are great, and there is a strong emphasis on maintaining work-life balance.

      Cons

      There is quite a lot of work to do in my role, so sometimes keeping the work-life boundary is challenging, but that is more on me than on TNC.
